Senior Nicole Simon slugged two triples in Tuesday’s matchup vs. NCC

The Walker Wolverines won Tuesday’s matchup against the North Cobb Christian Eagles 11-3 in five innings. Senior Nicole Simon had two triples and three RBIs. When asked what the team did well to win the game Simon said, “We worked together and finally had a talk before the game about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it.”

The Wolverines bounced back well from a weekend tournament where they went 0-4. Sophomore Gabi Gosnell said, “Based off of our tournament, we played a lot better and we made a good turnaround.”

Walker will try and carry their momentum into the next important stretch of the season.
