This Friday night, all senior football, cheerleading, and pep band athletes and musicians will be recognized for their years of dedication to a fall activity at Walker. As tradition ensues, the football players will be recognized before the game, and the cheerleaders and pep band will be recognized at halftime. Announcers will share the student’s activities at Walker, favorite memories, and the future plans.

The team hopes to bring home a win against Whitefield at the last home game of the year. After a 35-7 win against King’s Ridge last game, the boys are confident in their ability to overcome the multiple injuries that have affected their performance this year; the football teams’ current record is 2-6. Following this last home game will be the post-season crossover game November 4^th.
