While all of us at the WNN are bummed to be quarantined, it is important to remember a key element of staying healthy while we are in this circumstance…exercise.
Daily exercise is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Movement keeps the body performing at its best capability. Even though there is no movement to, from, and during school, it is best to still stay active.
There are several easy things to do in order to stay healthy.
Walking….yoga….jumprope…hike…..swimming…..workouts (curtesy of tws_strength on Instagram)….stretching…any possible way to get moving and stay active will greatly benefit the body.
