
There have been many changes with the coaching staff Walker Varsity Baseball. New head coach TJ Pagan leads the team along with new pitching coach John Armstrong and hitting coach Reggie Pruitt. Pruitt coached Walker’s JV baseball team during the season.

As a player, Coach TJ Pagan played high school baseball at William Penn Charter School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He began his first two college baseball seasons at Harford Community College in Maryland. He went on to play two more seasons at the University of Pittsburgh, appearing in 35 games and posting a career record of 5-1. After playing, he moved south and has continued to coach at 6-4-3 DP Athletics.

Coach John Armstrong took over the duties of the pitching coach this year. Before Walker, he played high school baseball at Kennesaw Mountain High School, then transferred and graduated from Harrison High School. He played four years at Auburn University, posting a career 10-5 record and making only one error in four years.
Coach Reggie Pruitt is the Wolverines’ hitting coach. Before Walker, Coach Pruitt played high school baseball at Kennsaw Mountain High School. He was drafted out of high school by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 24th round of the 2015 MLB Draft. He then played independent professional baseball in the American Association of Professional Baseball.
